WTB gravel E-bike 52/54 cm frame also rack?

My lovely GF is looking for a gravel E-bike. Ideally flat handlebars (not drop), 52/54 cm frame. Carbon preferred or light metal frame.

We may also be looking for a rack that attaches to a hitch on the back of the car 🙂
