Bike Santa Fe is pleased to again offer the League of American Bicyclists Smart Cycling class. This is a class designed for adults (over 15) who know how to ride but would like to gain more skills to feel safer and more confident riding in an urban environment on the street and on multi-use trails.
The class includes an online portion, a classroom session, and an on-bike session. The online portion is done at the student’s convenience, but must be completed before the classroom session. The classroom session is Thursday, June 6 from 6-9 pm.The on-bike session is most of a day (Saturday, June 8), including skills practiced in a controlled environment and an on-street ride that integrates all the skills and knowledge you’ve gained during the class.
The fee is $30. Helmets and a bicycle in reasonably good working order are required.
