Ride Leaders check list:
This is a guide of things to go over with your group prior to the rides start.
- Introduce yourself
- Identify new riders
- Give out leader’s cell phone number
- Appoint a HERO for B and C groups
- Go over route slip and answer any questions
- Tell the regroup locations
- Decide on the coffee break location
**At any intersections or change of direction (that is not a regroup point) post a rider or the first rider there should wait until the next rider appears before moving on.
That way everyone will know which way to go.
