Membership Form

To join the Santa Fe Seniors on Bikes Cycling group you will need to do the following:

1. Download and sign the “Ride Waiver”

2. Mail the signed Waiver, along with a check for $20.00 (annual fee) to: Santa Fe Seniors on Bikes,  2105 Paseo Ponderosa, Santa Fe, NM  87501

3. Complete and Submit the Membership Form below:
