It has become necessary to cancel meeting the riders of the Texas 4000 when they arrive on Wednesday, July 31. It has been reported that the group is not staying at a motel. Instead they will be staying at a private residence. The owner of the residence has not approved publicizing the address of the residence. Without that information, it is impossible to think of leading the Texas 4000 riders on their arrival.
But the dinner on Thursday, June 1 at Las Campanas Country Club is still on. The cost of the dinner is $60. Please notify me at pollockb@aol.com, if you plan to attend the dinner and I will forward it to the Texas Alumni.
