SOB Info Notes
The ride on June 23rd is a new starting point and all new routes. Thanks to Rich Leishman for all the work that went into developing these rides. The starting point is Smith’s Grocery Store parking lot on 751 Trinity Dr. #100, Los Alamos in the Mari Mac Village Shopping Center. Drive north on US 285 to NM 502 to Los Alamos, NM 502 merges with Trinity Dr. There is a carpool leaving DeVargas Mall at 8:00.
The rides have been well attended the last three weeks with 66, 69 and 69 riders respectively. That is about 40% of the membership.
Speaking of membership, currently there are 6 sponsors, 7 life members, 53 new members and 115 renewals for a total of 181 members. That tops last years total. There are copies of the membership list available at the sigh-in table.
There have been several members asking if the SOB Team online store could be opened again for those that missed the opportunity to order jerseys the first time. We are going to wait for the order to come in on June 28th before we consider opening the Team Store a second time. Pactimo needs orders of $300.00 or more to open the Team Store.
