Take 285 N through and past Ojo Caliente, park at microwave tower off road on right side of 285, ride (starts at 0900) toward Carson / Rio Grande Gorge Bridge rest area. This start location is within a mile of Hwy 567 so it will avoid most of the riding on 285. It is 9.5 miles from Red Mountain Pizza in Ojo to the parking location. If you get to 567 you missed the parking spot. Figure a solid hour to get there.
