is designed for the intermediate to advanced cyclist. The 5 hours of instructions are based on the material contained in the League of American Smart Cycling curriculum.  Cyclists will learn several methods that increase efficiency as well as: using the gears, training for endurance, what to eat, general cycling fitness issues, the cycling environment, crash prevention, avoidance and injury reduction techniques.

This course is available to current members of the Santa Fe Seniors On Bikes cycling club at no cost.
